VMIX adds to business development team

San Diego-based online video platform VMIX has added four new members to its business development team, putting some of the $2 million in additional funding it raised in October to work as it seeks to expand its base of clients.

"The new members of our BD team are seasoned veterans, each with significant experience in online video, as well as in a variety of client verticals," Dan Charleston, SVP of business development, said in a prepared statement. "They will help us expand in key areas, and they bring significant customer relationships that will help both in the U.S. and abroad."

VMIX has more than 500 client sites across the media, entertainment, non-profit, education and enterprise markets.
