Reality Digital launches white-label video offering for SMBs
Reality Digital, a white-label social media company focused on enterprise applications, announced the new version of its Opus product and a lower-cost offering for the SMB market called Harmony Thursday. Reality Digital's products are engineered with video needs in mind and feature baked-in branding and related playlists for the video player portion of its service.
The new Opus 3.0 allows for pre-roll, post-roll and watermarking during video encoding, ensuring that clients' brand messages stay with a video through its viral distribution. The platform is also designed with video-centric sites in mind, and offers rapid upload and scalability as a company's video social media offering expands.
"Social media initiatives need to be integrated with a company's bigger branding efforts, and, for our customers, extending brand visibility needs to be addressed at every possible touch point," said Cynthia Francis, CEO of Reality Digital. "With the spread of user-generated video across the social web, we realized our customers needed assurance that their brand identities didn't get separated from their content. Opus 3.0 addresses these latest demands and aims to give businesses not only an efficient and cost-effective way to build and manage their online communities, but an avenue to promote online video as the primary communication tool."
The Harmony offering also announced today focuses on smaller businesses who want to test social media offerings and video capabilities without an annual contract or minimum usage requirements. Harmony has most of the feature set of the Opus product, but is streamlined to meet the needs of smaller volume customers at a feasible price point.
Both platforms allow publishers to keep 100 percent of ad revenue generated around video assets, which is another selling point for Reality Digital's products.
