HBO, Cinemax will be offered in TV Everywhere trials

Tools

HBO and Cinemax announced today that select programming from the networks will be available as part of Comcast's OnDemand Online trial, also known as TV Everywhere, which will put cable content online for subscribers only through an authentication portal. The two cable networks join Starz, which announced its participation in the initiative last week.

About 750 hours of HBO and Cinemax movies, series and family programming, both contemporary and classic, will be made available this summer through the trial. Access to this programming will be free to any Comcast customer who currently subscribes to HBO and Cinemax.
